Your membership agreement provides access to medically appropriate eligible online urgent-care visits while active. It is not health insurance, does not guarantee treatment or a prescription, and renews monthly until canceled.

Your login email becomes your member portal username. Passwords are handled by Google Identity Platform and are not stored in your patient chart.

Add each person who will be covered. Adult partners are enrolled as separate adult patients and must provide their own email address and government-issued photo ID.
